Planity streamlines the process of finding and booking beauty appointments online, providing users with a convenient way to schedule services like manicures, facials, or haircuts. The app connects individuals with a vast network of partner beauty professionals across France, Belgium, and Germany, offering 24/7 access to booking options and immediate confirmation for various self-care needs. This system aims to simplify the often-hectic task of scheduling personal care appointments.
Discovering and Booking Services
Users can explore a wide selection of beauty professionals listed within the app, which includes over 60,000 beauty salons across France, Belgium, and Germany. Each salon profile provides detailed information, including a list of available services, their respective prices, current availability, and photos, allowing users to make informed decisions. Appointments can be booked directly through the app in just a few clicks, seven days a week, at any time.
Appointment Management and Reminders
Once an appointment is booked, users gain access to a personal account where they can manage their scheduled services. This includes the ability to reschedule or cancel appointments with ease directly from the app. To help users remember their upcoming visits, Planity also sends SMS reminders for booked appointments, ensuring they stay organized and do not miss their self-care sessions.
